Very nice- clean and quiet place. Everything on highest level. Modern italian Style- very comfortable. The guest House is perfect to explore the Centro Storico of Offida by foot. Parking directly in the opposite- also a good bar for breakfast 50 meters round the corner. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They have also a restaurant downhill where you can have a nice Dinner. All in all 10 Stars and Highly recommended!

We had a great time at the Relais. The wines are very good and we enjoyed the food very much too. Very good staff always happy to accommodate any wishes. Ideal to relax in a quiet ambient and great base for excursions to the surrounding countryside, national parks and cities like ascoli Piceno, Grottammare, san Benedetto del Tronto, etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations either fish and meat and Marta provided a list for both (and we tried most of them and they were all really good restaurants!). We can highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future.

Location was very nice, in the end of a narrow road in the middle of winegrapes and olive trees; location suggested for who wants to stay in the nature in a simple still very comfortable B&B. The two hosts were super nice and kind; they even offered a very nice welcome aperitive based on local high quality products.
