Breakfast amazing. Bed very comfortable. Staff so wonderful. Hotel really goes above and beyond and just want people to be able tonmake the most of the beautiful area. Garden absolutely beautiful and it is lovely waking up to all birds singing.

I had to travel to Bolzano for work. I booked this hotel last minute (little reviews, found out they are new to booking as the new owners just took over and are revamping an old hotel) but was surprised to find it peaceful and relaxing. Big parking space on its premises, I had a room with views of the mountain and could relax during my time there... I will say, not a fancy modern hotel but closer to your local mountain experience... I liked it!

The manager was lovely and went above and beyond to help us when our flight was delayed and we struggled to reach the hotel. He stayed up to let us check in at midnight and even offered to collect us from the train station if we needed it. Beds very cosy and breakfast was fresh and plenty. Lovely and warm in the winter.

Hotel Elefant is set in Ora's historic centre. The hotel is close to the A22 motorway and has great road links as well a terrace with mountain views.

This is my third stay at the Hotel Elefant and every time has been either cycling too Italy from the UK or from Italy to the UK. It has always been a perfect stay as well. This time we were 3 long distance cyclists riding from the UK to Italy. Very friendly welcome from the young receptionist. Very comfortable large room in the annexe which I recommend because it is very quiet. Very good, busy restaurant with a very good fixed price menu. Good breakfast and very good, very secure bike storage with electric power sockets and a workshop pump. Highly recommended and I will stay here again. In fact this stay was was even better than my last two stays.

Beautifully peaceful & nothing was too much hassle- the staff were attentive & accommodating. We were comfortable here and we got some great sleep here. Breakfasts were lovely with lots of choice. Surroundings were blissful & my partner loved using the pools and sauna/ steam room facilities.

Our room was in a traditional house that had been in the family for 200 years. Being a family home meant the hospitality was first class. The room was large and comfortable . The house is situated in an alpine pasture area with great walks in the area , as well as the Bletterbach gorge. The breakfast was excellent and you can order homemade dinner if you like. Highly recommended!
