We had a very nice stay. We had a complete house with a gigantic garden for ourselves. In the garden there were all kinds of fruit trees. We were the first visitors to this house. We were hesitating to take because we saw no reviews. But it surpassed us. 2 spacious bedrooms, good beds, 2 bathrooms completely new, kitchen equipment completely new. All rooms with air conditioning. A hairdryer and iron were missing, sent a message and within 2 hours they delivered, completely new in box. Very friendly host who also gave us all kinds of tips and addresses for places in the area. In short, everything was perfect. We have never had such a nice stay. We will definitely come back here!

We had some difficulty accessing the accommodation by car, but there were parks nearby and in less than 5 minutes by foot we were able to reach the property without a problem. The owner was very clear about how we could access the accommodation, was kind enough to leave us fresh water and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

I couldn't possibly fault this experience. Alessia (the host) is friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is extremely clean (not a dust particle in sight). It is decorated with taste. Very comfortable bed, too. Everything I needed for my two weeks stay was provided for. I would love to stay in Casa Balai again. Many thanks from a happy customer. 5 stars from me.

The host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for picking up the keys and accessing the indoor parking. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby local attractions and beaches by car. Our kids especially loved the fast Wi-Fi and the TV, which allowed them to watch their favorite shows.
