The big plus is that it has two bathrooms, fully equipped. Perfect location also with local shops (good supermarket and 2 amazing bakeries) and some good local restaurants at walking distance. Perugia very close by. Perfect for families with little children as there is a cot and baby bath, spacious garden also. Playground further along the river. Very friendly and welcoming owners.
