My stay was almost idyllic. From the moment I was greeted by Sophia at the front desk, the place exceeded my expectations. I had an extra spacious room with a balcony. The included breakfast was outstanding, so many choices from cold and hot options, juices, and coffee. The server Gabri did her best to make me feel welcome at breakfast and dinner, especially appreciated since I don't speak Italian.

Excellent location with excellent access to the center of Bolzano. The accommodation was pleasant and clean with parking at the house. Friendly owner who will introduce you and recommend possible tourist destinations. Definitely recommend.

It's a perfect place—the staff was so nice and kind, and the hotel is spotless and comfy. The room is very cozy. I highly recommend this hotel. The early morning view of the mountain is stunning.
