The nicest and most hospitable host, who kindly waited for us after 9 pm. Don't expect luxury for that kind of money in a small town. Old doors and a corridor where you can hear everything. But the room is very warm in winter, equipped with everything you need, the bed and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean. And a very charming host. I wish you good visitors. I give the host 10 points)

Fantastic location at the back of the Palace Gardens in the very middle of the city. Great views of the valley and mountains. Very friendly and helpful host who is an excellent cook! Very helpful to pilgrims walking through Via Francigena Sud - very knowledgeable. The house itself is amazing!!

Lovely estate, nice new rooms and overall great quality of food and service. If you want to stay a night while enjoying good food or a longer vacation I can recommend this escape in the countryside. 2 hours from Rome I enjoyed it as quick stop but would surely like to return. check in after 21pm wasn’t a problem since the restaurant was open and some to ask was around.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous and good fresh food. The whole place was very clean. Linen was top quality.

The place is beautiful. It's new and they are improving it more. The outdoor bar and swimming pool are an oasis! The property is surrounded by olive and chesntut trees. The director is very friendly. The bathroom is really good and with a good size. They give complete toiletries and the minibar had drinks and snacks included in the stay.
