Adriano, the host, is always available, attentive, considerate, and helpful with anything you need... The apartment is in a perfect location!! Just 5 minutes from the train station. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants!! Close to shopping centers (including a large supermarket). In short – a fun and enjoyable Italian experience!! The place is absolutely lovely!!!     Property was clean and had all the facilities needed. The town is really nice with plenty of restaurants. There was a wine festival on in the town with bands playing and it was great to see families out together enjoying themselves. We attended the Moto GP at Mugello and the flat was ideally placed.

    Leonardo was an amazing host and he went out of his way to make our stay very fun and relaxing. The whole place is amazing, the housing very comfortable (it is, after all, dating back for 1661 !!!), the swimming pool is beautiful, the surroundings are great and we can only advice to book an appartment here and enjoy Tuscanny and its wonderful people, food and sights. And it is truly special to fall asleep to the deep silence of the countryside (I live in a city...) Merci Leonardo !

    Great location, outside of Florence but with the train station at 3 minutes driving. The house was a big cottage - what a nice change comparing it to a city's flat appartment or hotel room. My kids loved it and so did we. The guest was very helpfull

    Very nice hosts, they helped us to get back to railway station at Sieci. Its a vintage type of a building, cosy with rustic finish. If you are into old houses, this is very good. You need a car to get around. We did not have one, but walking downhill to Sieci station didn't feel tiring, even with three children. It was about 1.8 km walk. Area is beautiful. you can walk up through the vine yard, to the carpeted road from above the hill. (path exists, not shown in google maps) It has a nice view if town below if you walk further up.

    We had a fantastic family stay at Poggio Martini. A huge thank you to Gerardo, who took wonderful care of us and was extremely helpful. We loved the location, the panoramic view, the house, the tranquil surroundings, and of course, the wine! It was a wonderful getaway experience. Thank you, and we look forward to coming back.
