    Amazing location, our room was one with the view on the Lugano lake. Room was clean and comfy and with a nice balcony to enjoy some evening breeze and relaxing with a view. Staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs (we were travelling with a toddler and a baby). We also tried the restaurant and found the menu pretty appealing, vast choice of appetizers, pizzas and wines. Also there the staff was super friendly and playful with our kids so we were able to enjoy even more :)

    Very nice residence with large and confortable appartments. The place is very well managed and it was a pleasure to stay there for one week with our children. We have appreciated the secured parking, fresh/airco temperature in the appartements and the residence in general with a very quiet atmosphere. The real game changer was the view (with the pool and yacht deck) that makes it a unique place.

    room is of good size. Rooms are reasonable in size so it is easy to stay with kids. Good view of lake Lugano from the balcony. Staff is also very helpful specially ladies in the reception.

    The apartment feels larger than 120sqm. Its 250m from a playground. There is a Saturday market next to the playground (which our toddler loved). Another playground about 30 minutes stroll around the lake. There are easily a weeks worth of enjoyable day trips. Supermarkets around the corner, which the Swiss seem to love. Kitchen is excellent. Note: We restarted the internet box when we arrived because it was running sluggishly, worked fast after that.
