We asked for two extra pillows that we found on my arrival in the room inside two plastic bags, in fact everything was very clean. Staff super friendly and kind. We also love the breakfast with homemade cakes, bread and jam!

Nice and clean place. Very friendly staff — we didn’t miss anything; they took care of all our needs. The Superior Apartment offers enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. It has a small balcony with enough room to dry your swimming gear. No extra seating or table on the balcony. Each room is equipped with an AC (total of 2, which can be controlled separately), which works well and helps keeping mosquitoes out. The building is nestled among beautiful pine trees that provide shade for both the house and the surrounding public area, including the excellent private parking space. The apartment has a quite good kitchen, with a very good induction cooker. You don't miss anything, with this speedy option to heat and cook. Within walking distance you can find good restaurants (pizza, pasta, meat and fish) with reasonable prices. It is close to the beach, only a 5 - 10 minutes walk. The long and wide beach offers large public areas where you can stay for free, as well as plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. Feel free to ask the owners for a quote. The sand at the beach is rather medium to fine-grained and great for children to play. The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea. After about 20 meters, sandbanks offer excellent play opportunities for children. When it's windy, the waves are the most fun there. We had a great time an we can definitely recommend it and would come back!

The house is far from Marina di Grosseto, you will need a car or a bike to go to the beach. In the courtyard are two houses, but it isn t a sign to see witch of them is Corte degli Angeli.The kitchen has all you need, but it is for all the guests. The rooms are very nice!

The place is lovley and it's located between nice open fields. Quiet location. On arrival we got greeted by a nice older lady, that did not speak english, but they have this nicely figured out. I was not expecting to come to a place of a reiki master, which was such a nice surprise. Very good atmosphere. The breakfast was nicely organised and good offer.

Roberta and Luca are very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is recently renovated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with all-new furnishings, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen appliances. The garden area is lovely and has a marvelous panoramic view, the property being in a unique elevated position in that corner of the Maremma. We found the location of I Grappoli to be ideal for visiting the Parco della Maremma: close proximity to Alberese where the Park’s visitor center is located and also very easy and nearby access to the free bike path to the splendid beach (It is 8 flat km away…only about a 25 minute mellow bike ride from the apartment!) and the various entry points to the many marvelous hiking trails of the Park. (Note: one must pay admission for the hiking itineraries and tickets can bought at the Visitor Center or online.) We brought our bikes with us (I Grappoli also has some available which guests can use free of charge.) and we were enthralled with our daily outings to the beach and to the Park. The expansive green spaces and rapturous views of the unspoiled shoreline, sea, islands and mountains are uniquely soothing and to be savored! They are unlike any we have encountered in Italy and we look forward to returning to I Grappoli to discover more of the Park and its intriguing variety of well maintained trails and sights!
