We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment near Lake Pusiano. Everything was brand new, modern, and perfectly equipped — from the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. We especially loved the little terrace on the ground floor for relaxing, and the breathtaking lake view from the upper floor made every morning special. The location couldn’t be better: just a few steps to the lake and to lovely local restaurants, yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with private parking. We had the chance to paddle SUPs around the private island — such a unique experience that made our trip unforgettable. What really stood out, though, was the warmth of the hosts. Walter and his son were incredibly kind and helpful — we truly felt like part of their family. Their personal style of welcoming guests made our stay so much more genuine and memorable. It was honestly hard to leave, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The host was incredibly welcoming and considerate. As other reviews have mentioned, the accommodation was generously stocked with food, so we didn't even need to buy breakfast. When we wanted to have dinner out, the host, her husband, and their daughter took us to an amazing pizzeria and helped us order! Her husband made a great effort to communicate with us using Google Translate and suggested that we visit the Christmas market in Lecco, which we greatly appreciated. Although we arrived late, we were able to get the key without any issues thanks to her daughter! Lastly, the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Amazing stay near Lake Como. The location is excellently renovated keeping the Italian cottage style that gives it this unmistakable charm. The rooms are very large and spacious, furnished with taste and with all the comfort you need. Located close to Como, Bellagio or Milan, it offers a perfect stay for both a relaxing holiday or comfortable business trip. What exceeded my expectations was the availability and kindness of the owners Chiara and Sergio who did everything possible and even more to make my stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. The place is very quiet away from the noise of the traffic, with a beautiful garden and a dreamy pool overlooking the mountains. I highly recommend this wonderful place. Thank you

Safety accomodation, with free parking places inside the territory. You can enter the area use a code for the gate opening. Breakfasr is perfect, with hot and cold foods (fry eggs, mushroom, bacon, salami, cheese etc) fresh juices, coffee and bakery. You can also use the equipped kitchen, with microwave, owen, so you can make your dinner etc.. There is 200m away from the house a supermarket. Giuseppe and his son are very friendly, help with everything. They have lots of bikes, you can rent them. Rooms are clean with modern furnitures. In the lobby there is a pool table. Highly recommend this accomodotion at lake Como!

The apartment was very spacious – much bigger than we expected, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the city’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants.
