The pressure of the shower is fantastic. The place is super clean and organized. Antonio gave us instructions to move very easily through the area and to get into the house. Highly recommended. Fantastic view of the park.

PERFECT location! Owners are very responsive on WhatsApp, despite it being a remote/automated situation. Upon arrival, you press a button on the intercom to get in the building and they also buzz you into the room. There is a set of physical keys and a convenient key fob. Bed was comfortable. Heater unit worked great in December. WiFi tested 400 mbps, VERY FAST. I was working 6pm to 3am so I appreciated it. The chair was a bit uncomfortable, but this place would be perfect for a digital nomad. LOVED the balconies and all the light! Best shower, spacious, lots of hot water and good pressure. I was in heaven. The place was SUPER-CLEAN and BRAND NEW! I actually extended a night it was so nice! I paid around 55 euro per night. If it's available, book it ASAP!

I liked the concept. Huge apartment with several private rooms. Located close to the beach and city center. Also to Aiport (we did walk 45min to the airport), but I guess it's part of such smaller city. Something between Hostel and Hotel. Amazing customer service. Self-check in/out, we did miss breakfast so I cannot evaluate, but in general, amazing amazing amazing! thank you so much!

It’s not so Little:) We stayed only for one night (3 people), but could easily stay there for a few days. The appartment was clean, newly furnished, the host was very friendly and kind. He did not speak English and we did not speak Italian, but he managed to give us tips by using the translation app. It’s 10-15min (downhill) walk to the city center and the sea.

Nonna Rosa was the perfect accommodation while staying in Reggio Calabria! The host was so kind and accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was both secure, spacious, and clean with the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. Not to mention the cleanest bathroom and powerful AC! You can tell how much the host cares about their guests. Our host was also kind enough to share some restaurant reccos with us which I really appreciated. The location was only a 5 minute walk to the airport which was great for our early morning flight. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful room, very clean, parking by the building. Everything was great, the ovners, David and Catarina are so helpful with informations, Davide evan brought us wather in the evening that we forgot to buy. The location is great too, 10 minutes walking to Duomo. Totally recommend the place!
