I found it walkable with a young family. Access to the room was easy, even way after hours, as all access codes and instructions are well communicated. The room itself was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. The Nespresso pods left on the desk and machine in the communal area made for the perfect wake-up and little kick of Italy you want for the start of a holiday. Located very close to City centre, train/bus station and beach. The host Andrea is a truly amazing person, very helpful and friendly. Every morning spoiled us with pastries and the most amazing coffee all hand crafted in his coffee shop located 2 minutes walk from the apartment. I felt welcome in the city right away and my check in and check out experience was comfortable.
