Everything, the small flat is a very comfortable flat, close to the train station and buses. You couldn't ask for a better host in Peter and his gorgeous, wonderful mother who greated me with open arms. After a long trip from Australia, arriving in the heat, she was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is in a bar up the hill but thank goodness because the cream buns are splendid so any extra kilos you put on is easily walked off.

Excellent breakfast options! Cafe was wonderful! The property was stunning and the location breathtaking. Our expectations were surpassed in every way. The owners were welcoming and made us feel like family. The evening meal was wonderful. If you want to experience the 'real Italy' a stay at Borgo San Martino is highly recommended!!! We arrived to Manopello as pilgrims to visit Santo Volto. The apartment is well located, very comfortable, with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. There is a lot of space, parking , shop and restaurants in walking distance. The host is extremely kind and welcoming. We had a very nice stay.
