Our hosts, Stefania and Donato, were so helpful and kind. The apartment is clean, very spacious, and very well lit. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Minturno-Scauri Train station and 10 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store Conad is a 4 minute walk. There are pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, and ice cream shops close to the property, and all within walking distance. I can't wait to go back next year. I would rate this property above 10.

This is the one of the top apartments I have stayed at in roughly 50 apartments. All share a few things in common: welcoming hosts, modern, spacious, large kitchen area, large lounge and TV, special care to interior design, good WiFi and uncommon but always welcome - a washing machine. Also the mirrors are massive, if you like mirrors. Thanks to the hosts for good taste in apartments 😎.

Even before we arrived in Italy, the communication from Antonella was excellent: so helpful and friendly. We had no trouble finding the B&B due to clear instructions and it's central location in the town. It is perfectly situated for everything: restaurants, bars, shops, the beach and it is only 10 mins stroll from the train station. The accommodation was perfect. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and Antonella was so helpful if we needed anything. The bed was super comfy and the shower hot and powerful! It was great to have a kitchenette so we could prepare food when we wanted. Our accommodation had a lovely balcony with table and chairs so we could sit out on an evening and enjoy the sunshine. I would heartily recommend this B&B to anyone visiting this location and as I will be returning to the town several times in the coming months, I will definitely stay there.

Hotel Villa Eleonora is a historical property right on the seafront of Scauri, opposite its own private beach. It offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Gaeta and Tyrrhenian Islands.

Villa Eleonora is an older, well-preserved and genuine hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Good location close to everything and we especially appreciated the proximity to the beach.

Everything was as in pictures. The price (for 4 people) is unbeliebly good. The kitchen is fully equiped, local stores are up to 5 mins walk. Whole apartment was clean and ready. The check-in at a hotel reception went smoothly even we didn't speak the same language :)

This place was super clean and the room was spacious. The view from the balcony was incredible. In addition, the staff treated us like VIP's and made us feel at home - including suggestions to eat, helping us with our bags, places to shop. The breakfast was good as well. Also, having parking was a big bonus! Overall, this place exceeded our expectations.
