Elisabetta and Mohammed are wonderful hosts. We loved the way they took care of us, and our stay was exceptional. We learned a lot about the Noto area and Sicily in general. Normally, we prefer to stay close to the beach, but spending time in this part of the countryside really deepened our appreciation for Sicily. The room was superb, the bed excellent, and my wife especially liked the high-quality bath soaps, shampoos, and face products. The open area is perfect for unwinding, being present, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The food was truly fantastic—we discovered so much about Sicilian products. Elisabetta and her father are talented cooks, and her father made one of the best Negronis I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back to see how this place continues to develop, to try Elisabetta’s father’s martini, and to check in on the lovely dogs.
