Everything was clean. Ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach. We received a mobile house instead of apartment in the building, which was very nice!

Amazing residence "resort" with everything you need for you leasure stay with your family specialy if you travel with kids. Private parking just for you with your room number. Situated in calm area behind the city, but not so far you cant walk back. Small shop is 350m far. Whole area is well maintainded. Kids/play area on the grass is big plus, good organized pools with friendly animators (2 for kids one big). You have to pay for sun loungers at pool, but you dont need them, you can lie on grass under palms or on benches under shades free of charge. Pool bar is also available. Good beach restaurant are waling distance in neigbourhood. Private beach makes the beach luxury empty compared to other beach parts in Sottomarina. You have showers and toilets just at the beach entrance. Beach is just outside the property..super close. We were lucky and got room 3h in advance, with partial sea view and sun shade with beach loungers in first row, that made our stay even more enjoyable :)

Very well located apartment close to the see or the old city. All necessary services few steps away. The main gem is the owner, very helpful and trying to solve anything you can think about. Modern A/C is helping to survive hot nights.

Antonio was a very welcoming staff member on reception and was happy to have a brief chat with us to answer our questions about Italian culture. I have paver envy! The beautifully appointed flooring and spacious rooms made me wish we had booked more nights. The beach is just across the road and while it is closed for the season, we enjoyed our swim at the big pool.
