The place was fine for a family of four, the pool access and the air conditioning were essential on some very hot summer days. It's the perfectly paced between the train station for fun day trips and Spello's beautiful scenery. In the end we stayed another night because the host was super friendly, the pool was a lifesaver in hot days and visiting this beautiful town was left so easy by its perfect location. Fabrizio was the most attentive host, he was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and drop us off to my brother’s wedding in town. He always made sure we were comfy and had everything we needed, giving us a helpful map with his own personal recommendations for restaurants, bars and points of interest to visit. Great location to explore Spello, Asssisi and further a field. Our apartment was spacious yet homely (especially with the fridge full of breakfast treats when we arrived). Monica and all the staff at the resort were simply wonderful. The pool area is amazing. The restaurant served stunning food - pizza and meat were particularly good for us.
