We very much enjoyed our stay in this authentic property on a lovely square in the centre of old Sperlonga. Great communication with property owner before we arrived. Property was clean, bright and comfortable. We would certainly look forward to staying here again.

I highly recommend this place. B&B its just few steps from beautiful beach Sperlong and from many restaurants. Stunnig old town on the hill its around 5 minuts walk. Breakfast is very good. The owners are very helpful... its good to ask them about everything as best beach club, restaurant etc..

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! The owner Luca is incredibly responsible and attentive – he helped us with everything from arranging transfers to giving recommendations about things to see in Sperlonga. He suggested a wonderful boat excursion, helped us with our luggage, and made sure we had the best internet connection so I could handle some work matters during our stay. On top of that, he brought us water, coffee, and fresh tomatoes, and even managed to book us a table at a Michelin-starred restaurant during a holiday. His English is excellent, which made communication very easy for us since we don’t speak Italian. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Adorable sea style. We had 3 rooms for us 3 separately. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the beach, so a car is definitely recommended, we travelled by train from Rome and use the taxi every day, although he kindly offered us two bicycles (we didn’t use them as we were traveling with a child).

Sperlonga is a cool, out of the ordinary, (I have seen many), beach resort/town along the Mediterranian coast. The very best place to stay is in the old town. Here you have the best restaurants and bars and it is still a short walk to the beach. In the heart of the old town you find Residenza Ottaviano. The newly renovated place is an experience by itself, situated in a old, charming building with white marble steps. The host(s) are very accomodative and nice and the facilities are of good qualities and design. Proper beds and duvets are essential to me along with a delicate and well functioning bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped even with napkins, coffee and ice-coolers in the fridge! It is obvious that the host(s) have thought of everything for you to have a comfortable stay!
