This is not just a place to stay; it is a place to arrive, exhale, and remember. We loved it so much that we decided to stay one extra night.

Giulio was so helpful! He gave us a tour of the property, told us some stories about his parents who lived there and generally made us feel so welcome. There was a lovely box of snacks (pasta, toast, milk, wine) in the kitchen and they thankfully provided soaps and moisturizers too! I always forget soap when I travel and it’s always much appreciated when it’s there! He even checked in via text message over the weekend. It’s a magical place for anyone wanting a bit of peace and quiet with a lovely backdrop.

The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, always accommodating our requests with care and sincerity. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed a truly restful experience in a beautifully maintained property that felt both elegant and welcoming. If we ever return to Parma, this is the hotel we will undoubtedly choose again. It was, without question, a perfect stay.

We went to visit family and this was a cute perfect place more of a guest house has 8 rooms and 3 parking spaces in the vicinity was clean safe and smelled amazing , the rooms were spacious and clean and Federica our host was amazing although we didn’t get up for breakfast she would WhatsApp me to ask if i needed anything I asked for iron and she sent one to my room , I got a chance to meet Federica the first day and last day and she was lovely thank you for being attentive ! I wish the checkout was later it’s 10:30 am but it was fine. I would definitely stay again Great location and clean and safe and just looked soo cute all yellow from outside xxx

Reception staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with excellent facilities. Location is on the edge of old town which we actually found better than being in the old center. Easy to walk to anywhere and several great restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
