Very friendly and helpful owners. Rooms spotless and cleaned daily. Lovely breakfast provided. The owner even drove us to the station upon check out when we couldn't get a taxi. Bus easy to catch into Lake Como but if you have luggage a car would be handy as taxis can be quite difficult to secure. Would highly recommend.for a relaxing and peaceful holiday with magnificent views and a couple of lovely restaurants about a 10 minute walk from the property.

You cant outperform this quality/price ratio. We stayed only for one night in One Bedroom Apartmen, we just wanted some quick cheap place to stay. This was one of the cheapest rooms with great reviews so we chosen this place. I would be very happy to spend even two week vacation here. The place is made for it. Rooms are fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable, room had air conditioning which was strong and the same device was usable as a heater too. Room is spacious, we were 5 people and had no issues moving around all at the same time. To enter we got codes and key and hosts explained to us how to use them - you set the (one number) code and then you use key to lock the room. Same process to unlock. But one thing I have to mention on its own is Shower. Im a shower enjoyer and I can without a doubt say this was the best shower I had in my life. It had enough space and is quite tall. Water pressure and temperature can be controlled absolutely precisely, with instant response. No other shower comes even close in control. Also, you can set pressure quite high. Truly the best!

The B&B is on walking distance of the lake , close to bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly; the Italian breakfast is served on the terrace or inside. The modern renovated room and bathroom are in excellent condition.

I had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean and cozy, making for a comfortable visit. I appreciated that it was warm during my stay, which added to the comfort. Having the ability to cook meals was definitely a plus. Axel was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this place!

The hotel is centrally located in Como, close to the market, public transport, and the harbor. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.
