The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

I loved this place and would definitely come back. There is a shared pool which is very quiet and super to swim in with views of the mountains. The sea is a short walk away with rocks to swim from and a beach nearby. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we need (even a good kitchen knife!). There was everything we needed - sunbeds, outdoor sofa in the shade, a table outside and in. And a fantastic shower. There is a car park nearby which means the apartments don't get passing traffic so it is all very quiet and peaceful. The nearby supermarkets are well stocked. Just amazing. We are cycling around Sardinia and this has been our favourite place yet.

A very comfortable house with a beautiful terrace. We loved sitting there in the evenings. Quiet neighbourhood, only cicadas could be heard.

Perfect for a quiet stay .The Villa is located directly next to the sandy beach with its own entrance. The house is equipped with everything that one needs. The owners greeted us upon arrival and were very nice and helpful. They also left us the canoe to use. The Villa is reachable by car and can be parked in the driveway. A small supermarket and cafeteria are very close. The next bigger village (Tertenia) is 10min by car. In Winter restaurants in the area are closed (except for the Pizzeria at Campsite Tesonis).
