Marco was the greatest host, extremely helpful and offered the best services. I left my bag on the shuttle Marco happily offered to drive round until he found the bus and retrieved the bag back. He also dropped us off in many places out of the kindness of his heart. The room was great, huge infact. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay with the best host. Thankyou!

We absolutely loved our stay in Hortus! A newly constructed hotel with tastefully furnished rooms and beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside. Manuela, one of the owners, was so kind to us and really cared about our experience (we were a group of friends, some of which have never been to Umbria). We would strongly recommend you also dine in the restaurant as the food is out of this world!!! The chef, Manuela's mum, cooks so well and puts all her heart and soul in her dishes that you will never want the dinner to finish. Great selection of wines too! We felt so sad to leave Hortus, but can't wait to be back soon. Thank you Manuela and your team for all the love and care!

The hosts, Giovanna and Andrea were great, are great! They welcomed us with kindness and grace. They are really fantastic people. They went the extra mile for us and even invited us to an evening get together with family and friends. They recommended great restaurants and local sights for us to visit. They rebuilt the building, inside and out, that the luxury rooms are located in and it is beautiful and comfortable. The shower was incredible and big! The room was a very good size also, as well as the bathroom. I liked also that there is an elevator located inside the building so we could reach our rooms without having to carry all of our luggage up 2 flights of steps. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for croissants and other items as well. The bed was very comfortable and firm, just the way I like it. The location is convenient for visiting all the sights of Todi. We will visit again and stay at the Palazzo degli Stemmi.

Gorgeous interiors very accurately restored. Very clean and beautiful room. Breathtaking terrace! The owner Chiana is very nice and helpful lady, provided us with all the information about the places of interest and ordered for us a great restaurant.

Wonderful apartment with a superb terrace with fantastic view over the countryside and over to Todi town. Great Kitchen with plenty of utensils for home cooking. Very good bathroom and shower with washing machine available. A home from home, with large lounge area. Really comfortable large bed and good sized main bedroom. Second spacious bedroom also. Fantastic host who was very responsive and accommodating. Great supermarket directly below and free, safe parking. The terrace was totally private and not overlooked. Two sun loungers and parasol and table & chairs made it wonderful to relax on (the photos don't do it justice,) A lift to the top floor (3 above the supermarket) was great. Close to the town where you can drive in and park for free (behind the Greek church) Petrol station very close by too. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and host, and if I return to Todi, without doubt, I will re book this place. Thank you for making your apartment available to share.
