It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the beach, although you have to climb a steep hill to get to the house. The apartment is newly renovated, equipped with modern appliances. Even in mid-September, it was very useful to have air conditioning. Parking was right in front of the house. I especially appreciated the separate lockable garage for my bicycle. Sometimes the neighbors' temperamental phone conversations could be heard clearly, but not disturbingly. I think this is part of the Italian way of life :-)

Very clean nice and modern studio, 1 balcony and 1 terrace. Has towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, extra blankets and duvet. Has washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and sunbeds. Very quiet and undisturbed location. Highly recommend. Owners are friendly and welcoming! We didn’t have a car and had early check out. They helped us with transfer to Arenzano train station. Positive experience, highly recommend!
