This was the best stay we have so far ever. Stefania is the nicest person in the world, she was looking after us as we are family. The room was super clean and nice. The pool is clean and big, perfect for kids. The garage for bikes even has a pump and some spares, with possibility to change ebikes. The breakfast was super delicious and Stefania even obtain some gluten free cakes for the children. When we were leaving she even prepared a sandwiches for the trip. If you are on the Alpe Adria this is the best place to stay. If we are coming again we will definitely choose this place. Thank you Stefania you are greatest.

We have stayed 5 nights and already planning to return. We were very satisfied with overall with our experience. Check in was smooth, stuff was always helpful and kind. Our room faced at the back, view of the mesmerizing mountains from the balcony, it was quiet and super clean. Breakfast was always fresh and plenty (yoghurts, fruits, cereals, ham, cheese, jam, cakes, pastries, juice etc). We tried in the on-site restaurant their lunch and pizza’s in the evening. The pizza is a must! The location is great strategically, mountains and the sea in one hour distance. So we had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this friendly hotel. Thank you and keep up the great work!

What a special place! Beautifully renovated, with a tasteful eye for elegant design mixed with the history of the building. We had a great room with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Everyone is freshly renovated and spotless. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit, cookies and cakes, prosciutto, and eggs on request. The tiny town of Fagagna is beautiful. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant run by the same people, San Michele. Perfect for a special night!

This accommodation was absolutely amazing. Perfectly clean and very tastefully furnished. We would happily stay longer if we could. There was even a good selection of coffee and tea and the fridge was almost full. We could park the car in the garden. The owners were very nice and friendly. It absolutely exceeded the expectations and I would give 20 points if I could :-)

Wonderful place with history. Really Great host - Simona. Everything is well organized. Rooms are spacious, yet cozy, Swimming pool at the compound. Really great restaurant at the place with great selection of wines (thanks to the distinguished host!). Definitely recommend for short stays and for longer stays to explore Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
