amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

This hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building is newly renovated, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. One moment really showed how special this place is: we lost our bag in Venice, most likely taken by mistake in the crowds on the boats. With thousands of tourists around, the chances of getting it back felt almost impossible. But the hotel staff immediately supported us, and thanks to their help the people who had taken it by mistake actually returned it directly to the hotel. That level of care and service is rare, and it turned what could have been a stressful trip into a memory we will always treasure. We were truly warmly welcomed to the hotel, who also helped to setup a meeting of us from Venice sea port. Our room was upgraded free of charge as additional positive welcome from the hotel team. We arrived before 15:00, the time of check-in, while have been sent to the room within 10 minutes from arrival.
