The hospitality by tiberio was just phenomenal. Also the b&b is very well situated in the center of town with lots of restaurant options. Beach can be reached by foot or car (only daily parking fees). Very lovely place i would recommend it to anyone

The location is great, a 5-minute walk to Simius beach and a 5-minute walk to the center. Very nice and tidy, the house-maids cleaned every day. Breakfast buffet fantastic with lots of different fruits, berries and nuts, cheese and cold cuts, different kinds of bread, boiled, fried and scrambled eggs and bacon, youghurt and müsli, juices, coffee and tea, and to top it off - a table full of pastries. Beds very comfortable, and I am really picky in that matter. A nice little pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolbar. Also, the staff is very nice and accomodating, and the owner Claudia is an absolute gem who goes out of her way to make sure your stay is the best. I really recommend a stay here.

It was so clean, cosy and easy reach all places Very comfortable sweet mini house bathroom was amazing decorated amd clean there was also washing machine for prive beach towel washing. there was a great kitchen with all tools. I feel like Im in summer island house which I was in :) Maria was so supportive not only in Cagliari but also in all areas in Sardegna it was amazing experinece I hope I will have chance to stay in Cagliari of course in same place

The room was recently renovated and had all amenities that could ask for including a hair dryer! The location is great, next to a local parking lot and the main road of villasimius. Simius beach is also walking distance 15 mins or so. Noemi was very helpful and accommodating and got our days started with beautiful breakfasts! Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.
