Everything was amazing. Although we thought before visiting the place that it was less friendly and "warm" place and more just a business, we found out that we were wrong. The Hosts were super friendly and nice. The room(s) are very large and make you feel like you are in a 16th-century Medici family villa (which is actually true by the way). The location is amazing and the villa landscape is awesome - you can spend the early few days just walking around and enjoying the weather and all the beauty the place has to offer. The food was very good and generally, we had a very good experience and we definitely will come back. If money is an issue for you, you can come during "non-season" time. We got a 50% discount on the original price and also we were upgraded to a suitroom, which of course made our experience even better.

La Costareccia is set in Vinci and has a private pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

The location is excellent, isolated, very quiet. Not only at sunset, the view cannot be described in enough words. There is a swimming pool and sauna and it is great! Antonio, the host, is a very warm and friendly person. He also cooks amazingly. I recommend to anyone staying here to eat dinner prepared by Antonio, every night. His culinary specialty is Neapolitan, it is excellent and it is a very beautiful experience. We will definitely come back!

A short drive from Vinci. The views from the property overlooking the valley below were amazing. The room was clean and spacious with a massive private bathroom. The owners of the property were fantastic and gave us ideas for visiting the area and allowed us to use the washing machine which was appreciated as we had been travelling for a few days. Not too far from Empoli to catch the train to Florence.
