The place was clean, there were kitchen utensils and pots made available for to us cook it we wanted to. The pool was clean, and cleaned on the Saturday before the kids entered the pool. They where able to upgrade my room because it was my Birthday , to a swim out king suite . The food was the best I've had at resorts. Drinks were amazing, and service was great . The food was fresh daily and lots to choose from, the servers are great very hospitable and professional. I was unable to sit on the balcony as much as I wanted due to locals shouting up to balcony and begging for food and money. Security at the gats would prevent this. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Shows at night were entertaining. Location is great if you want to stay within the Montego Bay area and 15 min from the airport. The staff was amazing!! They all were so helpful and friendly, it really felt like a family. We lost a tiny necklace in the pool and the lifeguard spent hours trying to find it (which they did!) everything was great!
