The hot bath outside was marvellous ! Everything is very clean and you feel like at home. The accommodation is large and quiet. The owner was very kind and helpful. She gave us sweets in the evening and onigiris (that she prepared herself), fruits from her garden and biscuits for breakfast in the morning. We really appreciate all the attention. It was fantastic for our last night in Japan (27.10.2023).

Helpful staff and very friendly. Very gd selection of food for breakfast, and very close to Chibaminato train station so travelling is very convenient. We booked a taxi via hotel to go to Chiba train station (5min taxi ride) as it was raining but you can also take the monorail which will also get you to Chiba station so you can take train to Narita Airport (approx 30-40min ride) which is shorter trip compared to travelling from Tokyo. I also did the luggage transfer from my Tokyo hotel and this hotel was able to hold my luggage until I checked-in a few days later which was a life-saver!

The location is excellent. Only about 3-5 mins walk from Chiba East Exit. Many restaurants and convient stores near by. Excellent staff offering great service. I had to print out some important document at 2am, their reception staff did it without any complaint. I am really grateful with their help.

    The host couple was really kind and fun and their attentiveness to the details were exceptional. The building itself was a former Japanese pub and the features were unique. Everything was clean and the bath was amazing. I will definitely return if we are in the area, and I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

    Very close to the train station which has many good shops. Family mart and 7/11 were just around the corner. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The staff was kind and friendly. Arigato!

    It's a good location. 11 mins walk to Chiba Station. Closest station is Keisei line ChibaChuo Station going to Chiba station, which is perfect for a short commute and easy transfer. Room is clean, we got the triple room which means 2 single bed and 1 soda bed. Single bed can fit a combination of adult-1 kid and a couple. The sofa bed is a decent size as well good for 5'0-5'3ft person. Bathroom is awesome since it has the bath tub and 2 shower function and the best part is the bidet.
