    the check in instruction is clear and easy the size of the house is good enough for travel with family two bedroom with big bed and the bed is very comfort big sofa, big kitchen altho we are not plan to cooking the big washing machine with washing capsule provided, dryer function is bonus the property provided many clothing rack for easy hanging the wash clothes which is very very good the house is modern style in which i like it very much

    New hotel opened in Dec 2023. Very close to Furano Ski ropeway. Nice kids room for the children and good relaxing indoor and outdoor onsen.

    Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. Indoor playground for kids and free dessert for parents while waiting for their children to play. The hotel provides cashback if no housekeeping is needed.The cashback is in the form of a voucher where it can be spent at a souvenir shop in the hotel.

    Absolutely wonderful stay at Shin Furano Prince Hotel, so convenient and well set-up for families and first-time skiers. Ningle Terrace and the snow play/toboganning areas were wonderful; loved the husky dog sledding also. Store in the lobby was well-stocked and the food options were great, well catered for young children. Loved the convenience of the bus shuttle into town and also the coin laundry. Very clean and cosy. Would definitely stay there again. Have recommended to all our friends.

    Directly opposite the lift, social lounge with drinks and snacks provided daily. Small shop with additional drinks and snacks available. Buffet Breakfast was spectacular. This hotel had everything we could have wanted. Discounted lift passes and good ski hire equipment in the lobby. Although it was very family focused with a kids club area, we didn't hear a sound whilst in our room and never noisy with kids (wouldn't have minded if it was we love kids but ours are all grown up).

    Our 3rd time. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, also the onsen and drinks / snacks after skiing. Very relaxed place and family friendly with a great play area for kids and a quiet lounge for adults. Location is perfect.

    we are a family of 5 (2 teenagers and a child) and booked the three bedroom villa, the property was very spacious and had all the amenities. Adrian was wonder and attended to our requests promptly , he was also the cook for breakfast , the cooked meal changes everyday and is really delicious , we really enjoyed our stay

    The hotel is very suitable for family traveler. Facility have kids in the mind. Although i'm traveling with teenagers, both enjoyed the stay very much. Buffet was great too.
