Nice and cosy house with good facilities in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts prepared freshly picked strawberries and sweets to welcome us. We are very grateful to Shin and Tommy for their warm hospitality. Our rented car did not come with snow tyres. It snowed overnight and we did not know what to do. Knowing that we do not speak Japanese, they called the car rental company and solve the problem for us. They guided us to the nearest car return shop and even give us a lift to the JR station. Thank you very much for your help. We felt like home in Japan.

The hotel is modern and the location is just minutes away from the train station but in a quiet part of town. The restaurants and shopping street is in the other direction, but can easily be reached by foot. The breakfast is really special with very few but high-quality food items like specialty teas, granola, yogurt, fresh salad and baked goods. I requested a quiet room and got one.

The owner was so sweet and she is such a warm person ! She also gave us a lot of advices as to how to acces to Mt Takao (it was very close by train). She also proposes to her clients to take them from the station to avoid them walking which I think is super nice !

Everything was great there. My room on the 1st floor with traditional futon bed was not big, but comfortable. It looked exactly as on booking photos. The view and river sound from the balcony was amazing. The couple managing this hotel are so nice people, even though we speak different languages I felt so comfortable. They also serve breakfast for additional 1000 yen and it is delicious Japanese breakfast on green balcony with flowers and cats with mountain view. I was really pleased to stay there.
