This is such a beautiful property. Smelling like pine as soon as you enter, the house has a beautiful feel and openness to it. We were a big group travelling together and the multiple toilets and big dining area meant we all were able to enjoy the space comfortably. Great location, walking distance to the station and close to convenient stores and restaurants. If I came back to Mito I would not hesitate to stay here again. The ease of check in and check out and communication was all so great.

Great hotel with services I didn't expect - free beautiful clean onsen, ice cream in the afternoon, probiotic drink in the morning, wide selection for breakfast, free noodles in the evening, great location for my needs. Next time I will look for this hotel brand again when traveling in Japan.

The hotel is situated slightly off the main road, but this means that the place itself is very peaceful and serene. Apart from that, the hotel does try it best to stay ahead of changes, such as providing EV charging within its carpark. The room that we chose was quite huge and have a nice view of Naka River. Quite stunning indeed. The staff were very nice and helpful, even going through the extra mile to communicate using translator device to assist us in the check-in. The carpark spaces are ample so no worries about parking there.

We cooked most by ourselves and parking available. Location is outside Kasama City but it is easy to reach 24h supermarket, restaurants, Daiso, Muji etc in few minutes or on foot and drive by car around 30 mins to 1 hour to other cities in Ibaraki and to Tokyo as we fly in/out from Narita. We did enjoy a lot at this accommodation!
