The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of rooms for our whole family. But the best thing about Villa de Class is the community. We really felt like we were experiencing Japan and its people. There were bikes for our use, running in the morning was pleasant, the streets were quiet but there were so many amazing restaurants and stores nearby, even a large grocery in the nearby mall. Don't miss Mankai Sushi nearby! The streets are safe and everything you need is close by. The subway station is a 2-minute walk from this house. Next time we visit Japan, we are heading straight for Villa de Class!

Highly recommended house in Osaka. It is second time to stay in Osaka, and this time we traveled with parents, so a whole house is more comfortable for us (than hotel). We are 5 people and stayed 5days/ 4 nights in Osaka. Transportation: 15min walking distance to Shin-Osaka station, where we can take metro directly to Kyoto. 10min walking distance to 西中岛南方 station, where we can easily go to center area. About house itself: very clean, warm, well equipped and well organized house. Two restrooms in house, Towels are changed to new every day, and all the cooking necessities are available. Hosting: Ishino-san is very considerable, he prepared the house ready 1 hour earlier than our committed check-in timing, which allows us to settle down in advance. Snacks, sweets and fruits are also prepared for welcoming, which is very good for first impression. Besides, Ishino-san (and the stuffs) come to clean house everyday during your absence time, will not bother you at all. Around: easily to find convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Very quiet community to stay. This is a lovely house, and managed by a nice and gentle host. Highly recommended. 😀
