The staff is composed of some of the most lovely people I've ever met, especially the nice lady that prepared our meals in the room (as per the kaiseki hotel tradition) has been wonderful! The dinner was incredible, as was the stay in general. The room had a gorgeous view of the river and the private onsen you can book with a little surcharge was magical! The Ryokan has a truly nostalgic vibe that was exactly what I was looking for in my stay.

It is a very traditional Japanese house, and it was a great honor to watch the Start of Spring event held by the owner.
