Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

It is about 30 minutes from Haneda airport by train and costs less than 300 yen. It is a very nice hotel not far from Kawasaki station less than 10 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay even though it was only one night. The natural hot spring is wonderful plus the hotel provides free popsicles at night and yogurt drinks in the morning. The room is quiet & clean and the bed is comfortable. I would go back there again.

Really nice staff, especially the girl who was on night shift and checked us in, clean room, amazing bathroom/shower (one of the most comfy showers I've ever sat in), roof terrace, plenty of amenities, breakfast is restaurant quality, all for the very fair price of 35€ a night, which is unbelievable. That will barely get you a bed in a low quality dorm room in Tokyo. Only possible downside is the location is in Kawasaki. If you want to go to central Tokyo it's quite a way out, but I would have stayed here all week if it was closer!

The Hotel has a very modern, clean, and serene vibe. It was very clean and also offered certain amenities at the check-in lobby to save the environment. They have a convenient free shuttle bus service from Haneda Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the Airport. If one misses the last shuttle which is 23:10 from terminal 2, the cost of a taxi is not too expensive. I paid 1600 yen.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Sometimes communication problems, but still great service. Room was a good size for one person and had everything you needed. Location good, short walk to the train station and lots of services nearby.

    Staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was beautiful and you can take whatever you want up there (dinner from room service - delicious!), food from outside, drinks etc). Happy hour - free beer was very much appreciated (it was so hot!). DJ on Saturday was brilliant. Drop down screen with projector and the adjustable bed were great. So much fun that I didn't go out one night. I just stayed in and had movie night in the hotel!

    Very funky new renovation in warehouse style, friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and peaceful gazing across river at the fisherpeople, airport and lights of Tokyo in the background. And just a few minutes taxi or shuttle from Haneda airport (don’t bother booking private taxi - taxi from terminal much cheaper and shuttle bus back from hotel easy)

    Every staff is polite and helpful. Room is clean and big. And the hotel is very friendly towards kids. It is a good hotel for family. There are several shopping malls around the hotel, which provide many restaurants and shops to visit.
