The best hotel we stayed among 3 cities we visited this time. The room is spacious and super comfy. But what I am impressed the most is the staff. They are not only very helpful but also super polite and friendly. They will move your dropped luggages to your room prior to your check in time. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I wished I should have stayed longer. Plus, they have light and free breakfast (mainly croissants with butter, almond cheese (OMG must try cos it was so goodddd) and jam) with 24hr coffee and tea. ~10 mins walk to Nisiki market.

Wow, this property is AMAZING! It was the highlight of our three weel trip! Totally worth the cost! It's in a prime location within walking distance to many prime places. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The restaurant was out of this world- delicious Italian! Paying for thr breakfast is worth it! So many options!!!!

It's close to the main shopping street. The staff is very friendly and always tried to help when we walked by the reception. There is a small chill out area at the lobby and also a hangout room next to the lobby. Surprisingly there's also a gym!

On top of being a very cool place with great staff and well located it had a bar with great coffee and drinks and also 1 min walk a way (in another KABIN) it had a GYM to use.

The hotel is very beautiful. Even looks nicer than on the picture. The location is alright. Needs a bit of walk from the station but not too far. The staff and service are great as what you always expected in Japan.

This is my favourite hotel in this trip. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room size is not very big but well organize and I can put my luggages under the bed. Bed was so comfy and I like the interior of the room that gave me cozy vibes. This hotel also have a thai restaurant, the taste is authentic like in Thailand! It’s not in the centre but I like how peaceful and quiet of it was. Feel like I can really relax on my holiday.

Breakfast was more than adequate & very nice. Good choices between continental & Japanese breakfast. In addition, we were offered eggs, salmon and or meat choices. The breakfast room was nicely decorated & bright to make a cheerful start to our day. All the staff were very hospitable & helpful, especially Sayuri - who spoke very good English. My family's special thanks to her! The entire property, without exception, was spotlessly clean & pleasant smelling. Above all, I must say that Mr. Kosei Kawasaki, the Duty Manager on that rainy morning did everything in his power to get us a big cab for the station and personally helped load the cab with our 6 pieces of luggage in the heavy rain. The location ia very good, in walking distance from some touristic objectives and next to several public transport alternatives. The hotel is quiet, very clean, good breakfast and offers complimentary leisure place during evening. Highly recommended!
