Smart hotel, comfortable room with an excellent shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and having a coffee machine in the room was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room The room was comfortable and clean, the table and sitting area is a nice addition to a room like this. The bed and pillows were very comfy also. Breakfast Breakfast was good, there were many things to choose from. Staff were nice ( a young man in particular but didn’t get his name! He was on shift everyday, sorry) Facilities There is a lot on offer you can do, they have a restaurant downstairs, a bar and a coffee counter. The bar has pool to play and had a DJ playing funky music. They did have coin laundry options I believe.

Location-wise, there are a few station around, but the closest one is 7 mins walk (Tenmabashi station - purple line). It's also only 15 mins walk to Osaka castle, so we took a little walk there on the first day while waiting for check-in time. The hotel itself is right by the river, so it's a lovely walk to and from other places. Also, it's only 10 mins walk to an area called Tenjinbashi with shops and some great food restaurants. The staff are of great help; they're all super nice and helpful. They even sent us a message to tell us to take care since it might get cold. Very solicitous hosts for sure. The place is spotless and there's a view of the river in the front, so quite lovely and bright.

Our stay at Yado Kiramachi was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were greeted with warm smile and great hospitality of Ms.Tada who was very kind to make us recommendations on every detail for local eating and travelling around. The check-in process was smooth and efficient while our ryokan was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, from the high-quality toiletries to the complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and even a delicious Japanese breakfast. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Exceptionally clean and well laid out. Little extras provided (toiletries) were a nice touch. Good location for accessing transport and to walk to places of interest. Staff were really accommodating when our arrival was delayed and in sourcing a taxi when leaving.
