Just 500m away from the station. It near the supermarket. I came by car, so the minus point is that I have to use a parking lot nearby, which make the cost higher. However, I think that travelers most come by train. So it is highly recommended.

One of the best affordable and feature rich places that we had booked in our Japan trip. Yumi was particularly very helpful and has kept the property in a very spotless manner. The bathrooms although shared had all the amenities including premium toiletries. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook your own food and they have stocked limited (included) noodles, coffee and chocolates. The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

The room is very spacious and very nice looking. Very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. The owner is very accommodating, kind and understandable.

A very funky while comfy and spacious apartment. Love the “sleepover” hangout concept and I can imagine how awesome it would be to hangout and chat with friends all night long here. Super tidy and clean apartment. Super convenient with Nakano broadway across the road. Would certainly recommend!

Good location, just one block away, one street at most, from Ōkubo Station. A good place to spend less in Tokyo if you don’t want to stay in Shibuya or Shinjuku, and still want to be close by train it’s a good option
