    The property had all the ammenities my family needed. I travelled there with with my husband and 10 month old baby. It was clean and easy to access. Plenty of space for the three of us and had a washer that functioned as a dryer too which was perfect for us. You could walk to Namba under 10 minutes. We loved our stay here!

    Everything is was great and described well in the description. We really liked that the bed was separate from the main living room (especially when traveling with small children). The facilities are new and the location is close to everything (two main subway lines and of course the Tsutenkaku area). We would book again.

    Great breakfast, nice touches for families with kids, childrens crockery/cutlery at breakfast and they provided a little welcome pack with a child sized towel, toothbrush and slippers. Convenient location, a couple of minutes walk from the tube station.

    Fabulous location, close to transport and all the action. Staff were lovely and the hotel was very family friendly with evening happy hour where parents could relax with a coffee or a drink, with free ice cream and a game for kids. Thank you for an awesome stay!

    A great family hotel. We stayed here towards the middle of our 3 week trip in Japan and it was nice to have such a big room with laundry facilities to freshen up and recharge. The play room is a great addition for families with little kids and everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were the biggest we had in a city hotel in Japan. The location is great to be near Namba station and makes it easy to get around the rest of Osaka.

    The property was extremely spacious for our family of four (two adults two children). Location was great, walking distance to multiple attractions. Plenty of food options available near the hotel. Lobby facilities for kids were so much fun too! Staff was very attentive and helpful, speaks great english as well.

    Very clean, and there’s an area in the lobby where you can eat. Very convenient for families with small children. Staff are very helpful too. They also provide complete toiletries and pajamas, as well as slippers and toothbrush available for small kids.

    Very child friendly and rooms are big for family of four. My kids love it n are still missing this hotel. Don’t have to bring lots of clothes coz there is a laundry room with few washing machine n dryer. Been using it for the 3 nights stay.. not in the centre of busy Namba but a good 10-15 mins
