This hotel has a good restaurant! There's also a sauna. The dorm space (bed) is about 140cm and two people could easily sleep in it with backpacks.

The Okhotsk House is very spacious and beautiful. Well located, in the center of Shari, close to all amenities. The house is very pleasant to live in. The Japanese-style room is particularly comfortable and I enjoyed sleeping there. The bathroom is large and perfect for a relaxing moment. There is also a nice kitchen, although I didn't use it. (There are some very good restaurants in Shari!) The heating reinforced the cozy character of the house, while outside you can watch the snow fall. All this in a magnificent setting, because the Shari-Shiretoko region is truly magnificent to discover... The host, from the real estate agency, is very friendly and responded to all my requests. Thank you for this lovely stay in Shari! I would love to come back soon again.

Everyone working in the hotel was very kind and helpful. The hotel and the restaurant are beautiful and food is good. Every room (I tried four of them!) Was neat clean, and well equipped. If I ever come to Shari, it will be to this same hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to that area.

I can not understand why this hotel is rated only 3 stars. It worth at least 4 and probably more. You get luxury, great service. very nice set on onsens, amazing dinner buffet, very nice spacious and comfortable room. 3 Min drive to enter Shiretoko.

The breakfast and dinner buffet offers a good spread. The downside is the menu never changes. One may get bored if you stayed more than 2 nights. The rooms are clean and offers a big monitor for those who may need to work while on vacation. Room is clean too.

The host is very thorough with instructions and check in was a breeze! The villa is very well kept and clean. It may look small, but it is self contained and impressive!
