The staff was extremely kind, we were served lots of food (the chef did his best to adjust my meals to the restrictions I specified), had a private bath and access to many public onsen. Was amazing to experience a Ryokan - and there was so much incredible food! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 2 small children and they were very kind to them. They lend us beautiful yukata. The family room is very big and confortable. The indoor and outdoor onser are amazing, they can be used by the whole family. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The play room is awesome, my kids loved it. The breakfast is great, very complete! We felt very welcome and would love to come back. I totally recommend this place. We got an upgraded which was nice gesture. The rooms were spacious and clean. one with river view was a bonus to the experience.
