Lovely hotel conveniently situated with direct beach access (just cross the street). The beach is shaded by trees, providing a perfect spot for kids to play in the sand. The seafood restaurant offers excellent cuisine with a sea view. The rooms are comfortable and offer family-friendly arrangements. While not all staff members speak English, there's always someone available to assist with communication. The hotel feels secluded from the bustle of Sihanoukville, giving the impression of being on an island getaway.

My room was clean, comfy, cool and quiet. The owner and other staff were lovely and so helpful - they helped me book a cab to the airport and offered to order in food for me. The coffee was tasty. I walked 15 minutes to the beach to watch sunset which was nice / fun watching local families there. You can walk round the corner to the Italian restaurant in Papa Pippoo for good food.

Very nice and warm welcome, we were like in a family house, we met Chen and her children. We can talk with her in French or English, very good advices for restaurants. Incredible peacefulness place and garden in the center of busy Sihanouk city! Walking distance to the beaches and sunset view point or to the north to central market.

The hotel is easily accessible. There is a nice swimming pool, including a bar and a large kids playground area, which makes it enjoyable for families with kids.

Good - What previous guests thought, 35 reviews
The staff doesn't speak English at all. They only speak Chinese and they are not very welcoming to the non chinese community. The hotel is more a business/conference venue rather than for tourism and I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. The swimming pool is awkward and not for families. The restaurant is super expensive. The location is poor as well.
