Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.

Really nice new house, everything is clean. Feels like a private villa. The owner, Nelson, is very nice, speaks fluent English, and can drive you from the airport anytime. The housekeeper Basil is also nice and makes good sri lankan or Western breakfast. 20 minutes drive from airport and 40 min from colombo.

We loved our stay at this cozy place It was near to the airport and the beach and all the facilities like restaurants, supermarket,pharmacy etc We would definitely recommend this property We had loads of requests since we were traveling with a 2 year old and a 6 year old.. We really enjoyed our stay at Transit Terminal. The place is very new and very clean. The facilities are very comfortable, but it was especially the kindness of our host that made the difference. We stayed during the low season, and our host, Keerthi, took the time to drive us to our next destination (Kandy) at a very affordable price, giving us a wealth of information about Sri Lanka. He even helped us with communications with our hotel in Kandy.
