Friendly owner who was very kind to cater to our needs including a tuk tuk ride to Gartmore falls. Excellent and delicious home made food which I'd say was the highlight. Good selection on the menu, and they prepared what we required in relatively short notice. Gave us the choice of making slight changes to set menus too which was appreciated as we were traveling with children.. Child friendly environment. Clean rooms including bathrooms. The view is exceptionally beautiful. The family room we booked is spacious, clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and host and the staff were friendly and helpfull and did the maximum to make our stay enjoyable.Surely they know what they are to do. Meals were delicious. Owners were such a cute family and always smiling to us. Owners mother cooks delicious food and brings to you with open heart. Room was good and cozy, with hot water and air conditioner. The property looks great and the big balcony with the room had the best view. Make sure you book the room with the balcony :). But what was best for us was the couple running the place. They made us feel we were staying with family and they were so nice to our daughter. The chef made great dinners. From Hatton it's easy to reach by bus (every 30 minutes). Nice family run guesthouse with basic rooms, good food, great view, everything you need.
