The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to reach. The hospitality of the staff was excellent - they were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious with a nice variety of options to choose from. I would happily recommend it to others.

This hotel was outstanding! Impeccably clean, with delicious food and incredibly kind staff. They went above and beyond to solve a problem we had, arranging everything perfectly for the next day. Super organized and attentive. Highly recommended for an exceptional stay! Dinner was excellent, with an exceptional rice & curry and delicious kottu (a local specialty).

Amazing place. Great service, the family is so kind and really does everything to make your stay the best it could be. They helped me with arranging a reliable and friendly driver to get from the airport to the guest house, and we stopped multiple times so I could try local fruits, so sweet. The son of the household showed me around Mihintale, and the parents provided a lovely meal every morning and evening at my requested time - absolutely amazing food that will keep you going for days haha! The room was very nice and clean. I was looking for something a bit more fancy, and definitely got what I was looking for and for a great price. Super comfortable bed and pillows, soft sheets and a nice bathroom. Environment is super calm and great if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Peacocks, chameleons and beautiful butterflies all around, you can spot everything from the comfort of your breakfast table. Honestly couldn't think of any improvements!

I had an amazing stay at Yu T Home Stay Anuradhapura! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was great—close to "Anuradhapura puja city" (Near 3KM ) but still quiet and peaceful. Place was very clean and have everything I needed. They have kitchen, dining room, attached bathrooms per each room. Kitchen is Fully equipped with gas cylinder, burner, rice cocker, pots, knives, cutting board and everything needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. I’d definitely come back again! 😍

The homestay is in a quiet area of Anuradhapura, but in 5 minutes walk you're on the main road. The large rooms were very clean. The hosts Mahinde and Prabha are great and very kind! Janaka is THE host—truly exceptional in the hospitality scene in Sri Lanka. He is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel completely at home, while also being highly professional and attentive to all our needs. He went out of his way to help us plan our days in Mihintale exactly as we wished—and what he managed to organize for us was no small feat! He was also genuinely concerned for our safety throughout our stay: while Sri Lanka is a very safe country, his attentiveness was still much appreciated. The food cooked by his wife was amazing—made with quality ingredients, prepared beautifully, and full of bold, authentic flavor. Easily one of the top three meals we had in Sri Lanka. If you're planning a trip to Anuradhapura or Mihintale to explore the sacred Buddhist sites, and you're looking for something authentic and off the tourist trail, stay in Mihintale. It's rich with temples and spiritual atmosphere. Stay at Janaka’s place, ask him for advice, and you won’t be disappointed.
