This property is pound for pound the best value property I have ever stayed in. First of all, the 2 gents that work here are extremely helpful and polite and they went out of their way to ensure my stay here has been perfect - I had originally booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 3 and this is because of their hospitality. The view from the lake view room is beautiful overlooking the pool. The room is spacious, clean and has a fan and ac along with a kettle and towels. The swimming pool is warm and clean and just chilling at the deep end overlooking the lake was blissful in itself. The garden is also maintained to a very high standard. Because of the location there is minimal noise from the outside world and it was a great place to stay and relax after travelling around the Island.

We loved everything about this amazing place. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The room was incredible, the bed so comfortable. The amenities were awesome. The breakfast was so amazing after a great night's sleep. What an introduction to Sri Lanka. We highly recommend the Coza Ceylon.

    Very warm Welcome from Asiri and his family. We arrived late and exhausted due to our flight delay but they found a solution for our diner in a very short notice. This house is quite and perfect for a group with different rooms on the same floor. Good value for money.

    The family is really friendly and the owner was so welcoming. He picked us up at the airport and was always willing to help. Our room was comfortable and clean. The area is really quite. It's close to the moratuwa railway station and perfect if you want to travel by train.

    Lake Villa by Carlsen was a lovely place to stay with my family. Breakfast was great and Isuru and Rohitha cooked us some wonderful meals and took care of us during our stay. We definitely preferred their cooking to takeaway. The villa is lovely and modern and has a good family room upstairs with AC and nice views of the lake. Wifi worked well and netflix was active on the TVs. Fishing gear was also available.
