If I should come back to Colombo, I would stay here again in any case. The hotel shines with its cleanliness and is very professionally run. The room has everything and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel here. The closeness to the beach is brilliant. You can reach the ocean in just 2 minutes walking distance and have a beautiful beach for walking and swimming. On the other hand, you are not just in a touristic part of the city and have various local shopping facilities and restaurants right on your doorstep. The location is very quiet and the singing of the birds makes you feel like you're not in the big capital. The internet is very fast and working the whole time. The breakfast was very delicious.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel tucked away and so private. Easy walking distance to the beach, train station and to Galle road. I love Mount Lavinia for being so close to Colombo to explore but much quieter and more peaceful. The staff working there could not have been more helpful, they made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating. It’s a truly beautiful property. The breakfast was superb. Having lived in Colombo many years ago it was so wonderful to be back, to reminisce and have wonderful egg hoppers again! I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to escape the bustle of the city as you can easily jump in a tuk tuk and be in the centre in 30 mins yet can return to the peace and quiet.

It’s a newly opened place. Nice pool and clean rooms. Staff were great. Especially Shafraz & the guy with glasses who was very helpful and always smiling and greeting. Overall good experience and good value for money. Close to the beach.

Luxury interior, great, big bedrooms. Theres a big kitchen, with dining table for 8 people with modern living room. On 2nd floor are bedrooms with 2 luxury bathrooms and one shared living room where we watched netflix before sleep. You can chose breakfast (Sri Lankan or western), both are awesome. House is in quiet part of Colombo, 10km from city centre, 3km from beach. There is also 24h guard in front of complex so bothing to worry about safety.

Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

This place is really nice and cozy, the view is great. It is located right near the sea. We also liked the pool on the roof. The host is very friendly, we left 1 hour later, but he didn’t say a word and was very kind to us. The were all the facilities we needed and the room smelled good. I really like the whole set up and staying there was a pleasure. Would like to give me special thanks to Mr Premachandra and Mrs Soma who's staying there to look after the property very well. The property is a few minutes walk to the mount lavinia beach. The property is in a peaceful locality. Rooms are clean,spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette and seating area.Loved the contemporary look. Definitely recommend this place. We will be back again.
