The premises overall is very clean & neatly presented. Our room was always clean, comfortable and maintained well, nice bathrooms, fresh bedding, plenty of towels. Staff were always accommodating, lovely, friendly, polite, always looking after anything we needed. The Food was tasty and always fresh. I highly recommend the Banana Fritters for dessert. A special mention goes out to the staff members who organised a dinner for 9 people very quickly for us with very short notice. Amazing job! If you want a view from your window make sure you take note & book this. Some room windows are completely blocked out, which we actually didn’t mind.

Mount Lodge Boutique is such a wonderful home from home. It was exactly what we were hoping for, and more. It oozes classic and classy Sri Lankan antique style. We felt incredibly welcome and looked after by Gamini and his wife, who have looked after the home for more than 20 years on behalf of the owners. They make you feel like family. They serve a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast in the morning. We just loved it here and was perfect for what we wanted. It is located in Dehiwela, around 20 mins ride into the heart of Colombo city. We would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a small, homely, peaceful place to stay. Thank you to owner Benjamin as well who assisted us with our stay and flexible when our plans needed to change unexpectedly.

Luxury interior, great, big bedrooms. Theres a big kitchen, with dining table for 8 people with modern living room. On 2nd floor are bedrooms with 2 luxury bathrooms and one shared living room where we watched netflix before sleep. You can chose breakfast (Sri Lankan or western), both are awesome. House is in quiet part of Colombo, 10km from city centre, 3km from beach. There is also 24h guard in front of complex so bothing to worry about safety.

Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

Great place to spend a few days in Colombo! Beautiful swimming pool on the top floor with a view of the sea and the sunset! Clean and pleasant to be, the first coastline, many shops nearby, a zoo! I advise you to stay here!

I have stayed at dozen of holiday appartements and this was one of the best so far. Staff was very hospitable and pleasant from arival to departure . The whole appartement is specious cozy very well clean and all the necessary facilities are there. Living room is also huge, modern had enough top range furniture which made us very comfortable. The host, very cooperative from start to end always responded to my queries promptly. (Not often in other places) We realy enjoyed our stay at Mount Bliss Retret certainly will visit again with no hesitation. 😍

The property is a few minutes walk to the mount lavinia beach. The property is in a peaceful locality. Rooms are clean,spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette and seating area.Loved the contemporary look. Definitely recommend this place. We will be back again.
