    Incredible hotel with very professional staff throughout. Excellent location on the beachfront and close to amenities. Quality of food at breakfast and at the beach bar was excellent. Pool boys were so friendly and accommodating, especially Othman, Oussama, Ismail and Hussein. Nothing was too much trouble and they always did their best with being kind to our children. Sameera was the kids club was very accommodating and helpful too.

    Sea view is stunning, the higher floors expose the view more. Hotel staff are generally very warming and helpful, great with kids as well. It was family friendly as well. The spa was amazing, amazing hamam and massage; staff were friendly as well.

    Pool and location both good, beach beautiful and we got beach sunbeds and body boards when we wanted them with no issues. Good having a proper duvet instead of sheets and a blanket - although duvet and pillows were really old and lumpy. Entertainment team were fun and kids enjoyed the kids club and activities. It is a shame lots of negatives existed because this has the potential to be a really great hotel.

    Nothing, cleanliness was unacceptable, food options were slim to none, we had to take our baby out for food outside of the hotel because there was no children’s options, staff were rude, and the activities were none existent, not atall happy with the service and I will be starting steps to get a refund

    The apartment was in a superb location, very close to the beach and restaurants .We could even see the beach from the balcony. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family, including our two small children. Highly recommended for its great location and ample space

    We had a great time with our toddler in this place. Food is great and has a good selection. Animators anre nice and friendly, proposing plenty of different activities. Our daughter is a bit below 3, so kids activities were not very suitable for her. However, there are heated pools to compensate for that! For gym lovers, the gym on premises is pretty good, it has good equipment for cardio and musculation (machines and weights).

    I absolutely loved the hotel. The slides were so much fun. The staff were genuinely amazing and so much fun to be around. They would play ping pong with you or encourage to join in with the activities and dancing! My toddlers really enjoyed the kids club. Although the woman who works there is a bit grumpy and would rather no one goes inside. She is happy to sit there and use her phone instead of entertaining the children. She gets a bit cross with the children if they go in!

    When we arrived we were really tired however the reception staff made us feel welcome. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating. It is a child and family friendly hotel. My children loved the kids club especially Bushra who was so good with the children to a point they did not want to leave the club for other activities! We had a relaxing time at the hotel!
