The kindest staff who were so helpful and always happy to chat, give guidance, and drink tea! I reached quite late and I was welcomed very warmly. From the moment I reached till I left, I felt like part of the family. The food cooked by Aunty was so delicious!! The terrace was nice to unwind and play board games. It’s decorated exquisitely, with all the best Morocco can offer, on display. The food was incredible, for both breakfast and dinner. A guide for the Medina was kindly offered by the family. The hotel is quite small and the atmosphere is familiar. The hotel is managed by three brothers and their cousins. It feels like sitting in their living room and being part of the family. 😀 The hotel looks really beautiful with it's colorful glazed tiles and the painted ceiling and walls. They provided excellent service, with a number of tour and experience opportunities (including a cooking class and walking tour of the city). They treated us and our children like family.
